Every day, in Kannada and English
A thought for today.
Vachanas, Dasa songs, old proverbs and good sense from everywhere. A new pair every morning, and a daily question everyone answers together inside the community.
What you can share
Nine rooms. Pick the one that fits.
Every room can run polls too: one vote per person, and results after you vote.
- Crushes & ConfessionsI take the long way to the coffee machine. There is a reason.
- Food & CafeteriaRank the lunches. Defend your choices.
- Office ChaosI sighed on an unmuted call. We don't talk about it.
- Work StoriesTwo days on one bug. It was a comma.
- AppreciationSomeone always refills the printer. Thank you, whoever you are.
- Random ThoughtsWhy does the 4 pm chai taste better than the 11 am chai?
- Anonymous QuestionsIs it too late to ask what that acronym means?
- PollsBest day for a team lunch? Vote, then see what everyone thinks.
- FeedbackA quiet room for calls would save a lot of corridor meetings.
- Not sure it belongs? The community guidelines take two minutes to read.
How it works
Three steps from thought to thread.
Step 1
Write anything
A crush, a lunch verdict, a small victory. Pick a category and write it in your own words.
Step 2
Post anonymously
No account, name or email. Everyone sees a random pseudonym that changes with each post.
Step 3
React and connect
People like, react, vote in polls, comment and reply. Everyone stays under a pseudonym.
The privacy model
Nothing is traceable and everything is anonymous.
Nothing is traceable and everything is anonymous. There are no accounts, names or emails, and your posts are completely untraceable. A random cryptographic key in your browser lets you edit your own posts without collecting or exposing your real identity.
No personal logs or tracking records are stored. Everything in the community is private, anonymous, and untraceable by design.
To keep anonymity absolute, leave out specific details or references that only you would know.
| Who | Your post | Pseudonym | Could they identify you? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Everyone in the communityColleagues and other visitors | Yes | Yes | No. Content is completely anonymous |
| Site adminsReview reports and approve posts | Yes | Yes | No. There's no name, email or trace to look up |
| Hosting providerRuns the servers and database | Yes | No | No. Posts are untraceable and contain no identity |
| Your employer's ITOn a work device or network | No | No | No. Untraceable back to your identity |
Top:Left: what you write. We never ask for your name or email.
Bottom:Right: what everyone sees. A random pseudonym for that post. Examples are fictional.
What it sounds like
Small, human, and a bit too honest.
These are fictional examples we wrote to show the tone. None of them came from a real employee.
- Fictional
Indigo Mango
Crushes & Confessions
I take the long way to the coffee machine because someone on that route has very good taste in mugs. We have never spoken. I now own a better mug.
- Fictional
Drifting Harbour
Food & Cafeteria
The Thursday paneer deserves more respect
It is better than the Friday biryani and I am tired of pretending otherwise. I have tested this over eleven consecutive weeks.
- Fictional
Sunlit Biscuit
Office Chaos
I muted myself so I could sigh. I was not muted. It was a very quiet meeting and nobody has mentioned it, which is somehow worse.
- Fictional
Wandering Biscuit
Appreciation
To whoever refills the printer paper
I have noticed. You never ask for thanks. You are quietly holding this floor together, and I hope your week is excellent.
Community guidelines
Funny is welcome. Hurting people is not.
Every post and comment has a report button. Three separate reports hide it automatically until an admin reviews it, and every decision is recorded.
Private information
No doxxing, personal phone numbers, home addresses or other private data.
Harassment
No threats, intimidation, discrimination or targeted sexual content.
Impersonation and rumours
No pretending to be someone else, no malicious rumours, no defamatory allegations.
Confidential information
No company secrets, customer details, security procedures or operationally sensitive information.
Targeting a colleague
No content that identifies or targets a colleague without their consent. A crush post stays vague enough that nobody could be picked out.
Come as you are.
Speak with kindness, and belong together. Start small: your honest ranking of the lunch menu will do.
