Privacy
Nothing is traceable and everything is anonymous.
Nothing is traceable and everything is anonymous. We don't ask who you are, we store no personal identities or IP addresses, and your activity remains completely confidential.
What we don't collect
Nothing is traceable and everything is anonymous. There are no accounts. We don't ask for your name, email, employee number or department, and the site doesn't store IP addresses in its database.
What we do store
We store your posts, comments, reactions, likes, poll votes, vibe check-ins, saved posts and reports. Each is linked to a scrambled reference. Others only ever see totals for polls and the vibe check, never who chose what. Vibe check-ins are deleted after 30 days.
That reference comes from a random key kept in a cookie in your browser. The key is what lets you edit or delete your own posts and keeps reactions to one per post. The cookie lasts a year. If you clear it or change browser, you can no longer edit your old posts.
Your pseudonym
Each post gets its own generated name and abstract avatar. Within a thread, your name stays the same so conversations make sense. Across posts, names differ, so people can't see that two posts came from the same person.
Whoever runs the database could still see that the same scrambled reference wrote two posts. They can't see a name or identity from it.
Complete anonymity: nothing is traceable
Nothing is traceable and everything is anonymous. Posts and comments are untraceable and protected by cryptographic pseudonyms that prevent tracking or tracing activity back to any individual.
- No identity storage. No names, emails, employee IDs, or IP addresses are collected or kept in our database.
- Rotating pseudonyms. Generated pseudonyms vary across posts so nobody can link separate threads to a single writer.
- Your writing. To protect your complete anonymity, leave out exact dates, project codes, or details only you would know.
Who can see what
Everyone who can open the community can read approved posts and comments. Site admins can review pending posts to approve them or remove reported content, but there is no name or email for them to look up. The dashboard on the landing page shows totals only.
Removal and takedown requests
Requests sent from the Report and takedown page store only what you type and the time. There's no cookie reference attached to them.
Deleting your content
You can delete your own posts and comments from the browser you wrote them in. That permanently removes them from the live database.
